Senior Software Developer C# .NET (m/f/d)

Job description

You are responsible for the conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing and documentation of the assigned software solutions delivered by the teams, tied to our next generation of software solutions used in the Olympic Games, Multisport events and World Cups. You are responsible to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce, while managing the high level specifications and best practices for the team.

You mentor and coach developers through proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, as well as act as a technical leader within the team. This entitles to make core technology decisions when needed. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to ensure engineering maturity and quality control, to lead and push a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while creating a safe place for developers to experiment with radical and high risk changes.

Profile

You have 5+ years’ experience as a professional software developer, you hold a Bachelor or a Master in Software Engineering or equivalent degree and possess excellent knowledge of C# .NET, source control systems and CI/CD pipelines. You have good working knowledge of automated testing and deployments, as well as good understanding of Agile principles (XP, Scrum, Kanban).

Resilient, you are able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment. Structured, systematic and organized in your way of working you prioritize according the deadlines. Optimistic, motivating and visionary, you are available for travels abroad. 

Professional requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a professional software developer
  • Bachelor or a Master in Software Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of C# .NET, source control systems and CI/CD pipelines

Languages

  • Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
