Software Engineer
Job description
You are in charge of the concept and development of our real time software solutions for timekeeping and scoring systems used in the next Olympic Games or World Cups. This also includes the interfaces with the hardware devices (sensors, timers, cameras).Responsible to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software, you support continuous improvement.
During sport competitions, you assist the technology and work in close collaboration with our sports managers and the sports federations to validate the new timekeeping technologies. Finally, you support and train the testing and operational team and take part of small project management.
Profile
You hold a Bachelor or a Master in Software Engineering or equivalent degree and possess excellent knowledge of Visual Studio, C++, C#, WPF and .Net. Some embedded programming knowledge (Raspberri PI,…) would be an asset.
Resilient, you are able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment. Structured, systematic and organized in your way of working you prioritize according the deadlines. Optimistic, motivating and visionary, you are available for travels abroad (about 20%).
Professional requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, WPF and .Net
- Bachelor or a Master in Software Engineering or equivalent degree
- Available for travels abroad (about 20%)
Languages
- Fluent in English and French
- German would be an advantage
