The SWISS TIMING Quantum Aquatics is a dedicated high precision timing interface for sport.

A USB connection to a Windows 7 PC or laptop with sport specific software such as Swimming provides setup and control of Quantums array of inputs and outputs, and access to the all important data.

Designed with the unequalled experience and knowledge of SWISS TIMING in the world of sport, each part is state-of-the-art. The Quantum records time and reaction with 10,000th second precision, and the software computes that data into results, scoreboard display, print and delivers it to third party systems for distribution around the venue or even the world wide web.

Results can be output on a standard A4 printer, and a 'protocol' printer can be connected directly to Quantum, recording time events instantly and securely. This print can also be used to submit new records for validation to the governing bodies of the sport.

The software loads all the details of a race into Quantum, providing titles and competitor names to be output directly to scoreboards and other devices. An optional bluetooth output can be used to connect to 'difficult to wire' locations using a bluetooth enabled SWISS TIMING Display.

At the end of a race, backups can be compared, and officials decisions applied where required. All race information is accessible in the laptop, and can be kept on computer storage media, giving total recall for any past event.

As with all SWISS TIMING Aquatics devices, Quantum is designed to be used in a pool environment and can operate safely for long periods using an external 12v battery or Quantum power supply.

Quantum is also available as a complete Primary and Secondary timing unit featuring an internal data switcher, and independent power inputs.
